Designed with the user experience in mind. So easy to use and so many thoughtful features. 1000% happy with my subscription. Best fitness app on the market.
I have been using this app for 7 months now. I would rate it 5 stars because the workouts are great. I have seen results and feel so much stronger. That being said, I’m the app crashes frequently. I used it today and it constantly closed out without saving my progress. This happens almost every week. It makes my workouts longer because I’m trying to get the app to start up.
The programming is great. However the app is super glitchy. The rest timers rarely work, the reps and weight fluctuate depending on if you’ve selected it or not, it randomly closes, and there is no way to reopen a workout in case you accidentally “finished” the workout. Please make more reliable and user friendly!
I have not been able to start my guide after I selected them. Sometimes the button “Start my guide” appears sometimes disappears. I suggest doing UX testing because it really needs to update. I had to uninstall in the past because of this problem.
Her marketing is different from product. Initially signed up while there are 2 other trainers whom I actually selected over her. (Gross she uses their likeness still in these images) says a lot. Anywho provided options for plans and then continued to charge you despite not agreeing to purchasing a certain amount of week program. They steal your CC info basically. Also don’t buy BLOOM. It tastes disgusting and it doesn’t work. Mari is good at marketing but she is a total fraud. Don’t waste your money. Try KAYLA ITSINES.
I’m so happy I downloaded it! I’ve done some of the guides in the past and I absolutely love her style! Downloading the app made me feel like I was coming back home! It also just feels so real, unlike other apps that make everything seem robotic and like we’re not actual human beings. The only thing I would love this app to have is a little bit more work on the nutrition side. I wish I could put my weight and height and it could calculate how much I should be eating. I’ve seen some other fitness apps include it and it has been a game changer. I just love training with Mari so much I’m willing to not let this be an issue but would love if it was a possibility in the future. Other than that, super great app!!! Again so happy I downloaded
It’s a okay app that works as intended but when doing gym workouts, it’s not smooth. They expect you to move between machines for a set which isn’t feasible in a large busy gym. Also requires you to record weight with no benefit for next round. Not worth the money.
I don’t like to do a bad review but I got very frustrated that the app doesn’t offer a trial and don’t refund if I don’t like it. i really like Mari and her podcast and I was looking forward ti try it out but thought the advanced workout was very easy and short + not well direction. I wiah they could offer a one week trial
The UI is lovely, it’s clean, and not overwhelming with too many unnecessary buttons and features like many apps out there. It is very glitchy though. It’s way to easy to accidentally click out of the workout and all of the progress/reps/weights I entered were scrapped and I had to redo everything. Very frustrating. It also crashed all the time, to the point where it was intolerable in the end, and I had to switch apps. I also found some of the workouts unclear in the direction. For example, I never knew how many reps I should do total, or for each arm or leg? Other little things like that which made me feel nervous I was doing it wrong. I’ve also reached out to SLAY for help but never got a response.
