It's not a great feeling to be anxious. And when you are, it's tough to meditate without having the stressful thoughts slip back in. Fortunately, with Stress Ball, you can interact with your phone and clear your mind with exercises, fidgets and videos within the app. There are five different tabs you can use to calm down: Breathe, Fidget, ChillTok, Color & Reflect
In the Breathe tab, there are breathing exercises to help you take deep breaths and calm down. You can customize your experience with relaxing sounds and backgrounds. The phone also vibrates and provides various animations to distract your thoughts.
In the Fidget tab, there are virtual fidgets and toys you can play with to distract your mind and let out all of your anxious energy on the app. The fidgets also provide vibration and audio feedback to help you feel more relaxed.
In the ChillTok tab, you can *mindfully* scroll through super calming videos of nature, abstract art, etc. This will help you keep your mind off of anxious thoughts while healthily calming down instead of with social media content.
In the Color tab, you can complete vibrating color by numbers. Coloring can help soothe your mind and distract you away from your stress. It also is great for fidgeting when feeling anxious, or to cope with ADHD symptoms as well.
In the Reflect tab, you can journal and reflect about your feelings and emotions. You can also talk through your feelings with StressBot, a virtual therapist! You can always swipe through a lot of different types of quotes, such as Positive, Affirmations, Self-Love and Stress Relief. You also can record a smile everyday to force yourself to feel happier!
In all these tabs you can play super calming soundscapes while interacting with the exercises and videos. Simply press the music icon in the top right corner and select from many different soothing music and noises.

Stress Ball offers an optional, auto-renewing monthly subscription for $4.99/month, or an annual subscription for $29.99. The payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
Your subscription to Stress Ball will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can turn off auto-review or manage your subscription from your iTunes Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a Stress Ball Pro subscription.

I’ve only using it since earlier today but I already like it, I find it great for my anxiety, and you don’t HAVE to pay for a subscription. But overall it’s really great and I really recommend it.

Now when I first saw the app, it was clear that I was going to be satisfied. And I was. The makers did a very good job.
Swap YT for this
I have been having increased anxiety lately and often sit in the bathroom to scroll YT to soothe---which isn't at all soothing and only causes increased aggravation. I downloaded Stress Ball and opted for that today and, no surprise, it worked significantly better. Panic disorder thrives on answers and reasons, but Stress Ball is a weird sort of grounding using breath, haptic, and even ChillTok (excellent btw) to yank you back from the edge of the panic oblivion. Great work here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
