Exactly what it says in the description, works perfectly. Great for someone like me who wanted to stretch but didn’t know how to start!

Clean, simple, helpful

While I’m no stranger to stretching exercises, I find this app does a great job in helping me retain a stretching regimen. No frills, no overly complex and conceited engagement mechanics. It just works, although I’m sure someone new to the exercise might want some demonstrations on how to do them properly.
