I need this badly. I'm fairly active but never really fully flexible. Just starting my practice and hoping this will give me a way to be accountable for myself.
It shows a completely grey screen on my iPad, nothing else.. Tried restarting and reinstalling but nothing. Shame, I’ll be canceling my subscription since my phone screen is too small to see the stretches properly.
They only have a few free basic exercises and seems to be only one guy doing them. Avoid !
Wanted to start stretching as part of my fitness routine and this has worked perfectly. Also started to do some of the challenges and definitely feel I’m more flexible. Particularly like Sam’s commentary and the App is really easy to use. Thanks Sam
This app has changed my life! It’s so easy to use and has sections for absolutely everything. Sam is lovely and not at all annoying, he has a lovely way about him. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to stretch more.
I came across this app a good while ago and it’s one of the few I’ve kept. Firstly the price point monthly is great for me personally. The app caters for those who want short, easy to follow stretches to full length yoga sessions. So you can pick and choose, whenever what you need or feel. One thing I have noticed is how active Sam is with his customers, replying to comments, actioning on feedback for improvements and creating a sense of community. Well done Sam and thank-you!
Good exercises - however, during the 30 seconds of each exercise there is nothing to tell you how long you should hold the move for or when to break and go again. As a result you spend too much time looking at your phone working it out.
Just started and already feel so much more relaxed 🤞🏻👍🏻🙏
Brilliant app
