Genuinely love this app. The stretches have helped me a lot and I notice a difference when I miss a day. I have been using this app for over a year and look forward to my daily stretches. I had no experience in any athletics prior to using this app. Any tech issues are quickly addressed by the creator. I hope an Apple Watch app is on the horizon, would make transitions through out routine even more seamless. Thanks for the fantastic app!
This has been a great app to use so far. I’m excited that new stretches and classes keep getting added. Personally, I’d love more quad stretches to help after those intense leg workouts. But the biggest thing for me would be being able to create personalized stretch routines i.e. getting to add individual stretches and classes to specific playlists rather than just the Favourites library. A feature like that would be great to help target different muscles and pain areas through personalized routines. Overall, I like the app so far!

I love the app - I only gave it 4* because I think it could benefit from having an option where you can create your own stretch routine and add different stretches in. If you’re looking to start stretching then this is the app - don’t bother wasting your time with other apps!
I was super excited to try this out. From the little bit that was available I thought it was great! Clear instructions, nice interface, likeable instructor..etc. But literally only 4 routines (including the introduction) are available to free users. You cant access anything in the splits training, challenges, stress relief, fix your stuff, at your desk, or yoga categories. All you can do is watch a welcome video, do a morning stretch, do a full body stretch, or do a beginners upper body stretch. There are so many other routines in this app and free users can only do 3 (the longest one being 20 minutes). Its really a shame
I love that the classes aren’t very long but that you can also find a 20 minute session if you want. It encourages baby steps! Yoga is intimidating to me to the idea of doing stretching challenges reframes it in an approachable way. Some feedback: when talking about muscles ex. Hip flexors, maybe just quickly say where or what that muscle is for those unfamiliar with muscle anatomy. Also it’s annoying to go from a standing stretch to a lying down stretch to a standing stretch again. It might be nicer to have more flow, I.e starting with standing stretches then going into sitting stretches.
Was super excited to try this app but upon clicking it is a blank page with a small loading circle. Waited minutes and never got on.
