The creator graciously shared that he is gifting free stretch New Year trial for 1 month to everyone, yet the app required me to pay for a subscription. Will not comment on the quality of lessons since I couldn’t use the promised free challenge without having to pay.
This looked like a good app for my needs. Of course, it was listed as “Get,” meaning no cost, but with the ubiquitous “in-app purchases.” I figured some content might be extra. I opened the app, answered a few simple questions, and arrived at a screen showing payment option of at least $12.00 per month to even use the thing. Waste of time and too expensive for a list of stretching exercises. If you are looking for an app to pay $15.00 a month to use, check this one out.
I’ve tried every app out there for stretching and flexibility. This is by far the best. Amazing app and they’re constantly adding more and continuing to make awesome improvements. Love it.
Super easy to use and fun I’m pretty lazy but have been using every day and it helps me with my pain
I really appreciate how you are walked through each stretch. You are given clear instruction on proper technique. The lack of programs is the reason my rating is not 5 stars. However, I feel like this is a one man team, so I’m sure that I’m time there will be more options.
Not a fan of having to install an app and create a login just to see what the charges are. Most others at least list what to expect on their description in the App Store. I was expecting to need to pay, but I want to be able to assess that cost up front when making my decisions.
My daughter knows Sam and told me about the app. After watching Sam do his thing, I was blown away by his flexibility! I am in need of stretching as I age. Plain old “exercise” just isn’t enough…. Thank you Sam for what you have created in this super-user-friendly app!!
So I honestly got this app thinking I can do it for free without having to pay because it never said anything about paying so I got it and deleted it I was ready to work out and now I’m just disappointed.
The only free exercise that I was able to do hurt my knees, almost immediately, and that’s the only exercise that I can sample to see if it’s worth paying money for this app. I’m not going to do it because it literally already caused an injury.
