App was great, but newest update prompts you to subscribe to load and run a workout you’ve written yourself….
Great application.
This is by far the best weight training app I’ve ever used. It works out my next weights building to heavy and down for deload in cycles. Leaving me to do what I like best.weight training.
For the data and science-driven
If you love quantitative data and watching your progress through visualisations, this app is for you. It also has great popular strength routines such as Strnglifts, Starting Strength, GZCLP, RPT. Their main routine focuses on the big six lifts (they explain why those are the core of strength training): deadlift, squat, shoulder press, rope, bench press and pull-ups/pulldowns. The app does well in helping you learn the theory behind the programming choices within the app and helps you improve your lifts by ahowing your weak points, providing references for proper form and recommendations for supplemental exercises.
It is simply fantastic if you want to quit jumping from program to program and stick to what works for the next years to come. Jefit and Strnglifts apps suck in comparison.

Automatic progression and variable programming depending on recent performances, integrated technique analysis, and a huge variety of programs all add up to hold this app well above the rest.

Best weight training app for iOS
This is a must have app for anyone serious about getting strong. The built in Phased programming is based on well established methods and worth every $. The app just keeps getting better with every update.
The only training App you will Need
Multiyear is a very diverse platform for you to customise your own routines and training programs. The tracking and progression systems used are excellent and very useful. The app can be used from regular body building, power lifting, Olympic lifting and you can even customise your programs to cross fit routines.
Highly recommended for every lifter!

Might've been better to release this update as a new app - it's very different.
Personally, I miss the old version.
