Structured - Daily Planner

As a creative, mostly disorganised, this is the most rewarding structured app I have ever used. Motivating, easy to use and answers all aspects of the daily tasks, goals and creative ideas that often pop up! Love from Nairobi, Kenya.

I still love and appreciate the app very much, and I’ve reviewed it well before. However, please bring back the old colour palette feature that allowed you to select from iPhone’s many existing presets. The new slider feature is incredibly limiting and having these tasks in different colours is what helps to draw more attention to them.

Structured impresses with its intuitive interface, seamless sync across devices, and thoughtful features like priority settings and customizable reminders. Its elegant design and motivational progress tracker significantly boost productivity. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an efficient and user-friendly task management solution.

The app does everything it’s supposed to really well. But allow me to suggest one added feature. Recurring events could have a detail that allows a user to see their consistency. After all, we can already check off items as the day goes on. So what if that toggle kept a history like a habit tracker. Then, I’d be able to know how many times a week I mark my “meditate” task completed, for example… THIS WOULD BE AMAZING!

Totally love the app! Would suggest that the icon section “Cloths” should really be “Clothes”…

Quickly helps me set goals for the day. Repeated tasks are easily added to other days.

Works so well no in App purchase

Most thing that are actually needed and aren’t just cute additions are pro? Like alarms at the end of tasks. I really don’t think this is a way to form an app but it still works fine without payments I guess.

I really love the feature of being able to plan out your whole day. I like having a little calendar that I can update whenever wherever.

I added a task that was going to happen at 1:30pm and it was supposed to last for 2 hours. The app automatically put a 15 min. length. I tried to change the start and end time but the app kept changing them. If I changed the start time, the end time would get changed automatically and vice versa. It kept going until the app assumed the task was going to last 23 hours and 59 minutes. (From 1:30 to 1:29). I tried to change the end time to 3:30 but the app wouldn’t let me and kept switching it back to 1:29. I guess the app also doesn’t allow for tasks longer than 24 hours. So I uninstalled it.
