Swapcard - Smart Event App

I enjoy several features of this app but found the message function super glitchy. It doesn’t organise the messages chronologically and seems to struggle to update, which meant I missed several important messages. It’d be great if this could be improved!

Great app but need to be able to filter by date. Have to scroll through whole day of stuff before finding agenda for specific day.

Floor plan does not open in App it opens in web then the covid plan at bottom of screen covers most of the screen so unable to view the floor plan properly😁

Just used this to catch up with some CPD. I really like the interface.

Platform can be confusing to use. Not particularly intuitive. Have meeting requests that I cannot find!

I spent most of the afternoon rebooking after the app allows dbl bookings. It is super slow synching calendars and you can only do via web. Very cumbersome. I am being nice at a 1

1. Option to hide meetings once they have passed in the agenda or take you directly to the next/current meeting. 2. Create a check in feature. Organizers can know when all parties are in and can use that as a kind of roll call. 3. On the agenda, segment the days so it is clearer. Or have a header that is bold and bigger. 4. Make days collapsible. When you click the day it shows the events for that day. Or have an expand button or option. Thanks!

This is really handy to be able to scan the QR code on each other’s badges and have the contact right in our phones. I really appreciate how efficient and easy it is to keep note of who we meet!

Great to have so much conference data in one app. Would be helpful if the schedule landed on current date and time each time it’s accessed. Otherwise, no complaints!

Using app for solar and storage live uk. The app is unusable constantly nagging for passwords and email addresses. I don’t have time for this rubbish
