Swapcard - Smart Event App

Needs serious reviewing, unable to access event live. Setup everything ok the day before but now nothing only archived events.

Very buggy

Tried using this app for a conference on my iPad but the view only comes out at phone size - really difficult to read. Also stopped giving me access in my iPad - would not recognise the security passwords it sent through (although I had access in my phone). Really difficult to see the sessions during the event as the timings did not show up clearly and the streams were all in the wrong order. Would not recommend

We could not get the app working at an event I attended recently…. Something to do with exhibition organisers and app people not having things set up properly. At these things you are dependant on the tech to work. Real shame.

Clicked on the link I’d been sent and can’t seem to access to the event I’m supposed to be attending. So, pretty useless as far as I’m concerned.

Does a good job with connecting all information and people into one source.

The events team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and app both served us amazingly throughout our first digital event, this was our teams first event outside of the mainstream app services, and a great success. The team were excellent, and the app performed well in allowing us to create a larger event in the outset, but then also flexible enough for us to pivot to a single stage fifteen minutes before event launch 👏👏 Thanks again for an awesome event. This exhibition app does the business and is so easy to use to set up meetings, find your way around and see what’s in during a busy exhibition. I’ve used it in conferences as well and it really is adaptable and the go to digital tool to get the maximum benefit from a busy day out.

It’s rubbish.

Great idea, poorly executed. It should be easy to find the congress that you have registered with and enter the relevant congress. Unfortunately, the app fails at the first step!
