Sales people work in their car. They live on their phones. I rely on Siri, Shortcuts and CarPlay to get work done in my car. This app doesn’t support ANY OF IT!?? Massive missed opportunity. Hopefully being worked on.

I haven’t been able to log into the app for months. Keeps saying something went wrong. Have updated it but it’s still non functional. And it’s not possible to do anything on a phone if you log in via a browser. Increasingly poor user experience. Overall I’d say definitely not worth the money.
They absolutely do not care about you unless you’re willing to spend a large number with their company. If you’re a small business please be weary of their unreasonable contract terms. They will not help you if they believe you will not renew with them or if they believe your going to downgrade your account. All they want is your money.
Can never log into the App. Trying to log in on the browser on my phone and it keeps rejecting the verification code. Basically unusable product for while on the go. Despite their very high prices there is almost no support and no interest in solving their bugs. Worst business app.
One suspects that no one at HubSpot uses this app. The app lacks that many obvious features and function that a two star rating is probably generous. HubSpot need to either improve the mobile optimisation of their website so that users can simply use HubSpot in their mobile browser, or make a massive effort to improve this app and make it worthy of the name, HubSpot.
Unfortunately you can’t pin notes while using the app on an ipad. HubSpot need to make more things available on the app which is available on the desktop platform.
I’ve just downloaded the app and cannot make notes, the keyboard doesn’t show. Otherwise excited to use the app.
Searching for contacts is slow and cumbersome. E.g searching by phone number; some contact’s will show up after just 4 digits, others you have to type the entire number out. In every case after the search is complete you can backspace one digit off of the end, and your search results disappear saying that there is no matching contact. Add the last digit again and it will show up. This behaviour is more consistent than not and may seem like a small thing, however searching through a database/contact list should be much more straight forward. If the rest of the number is still in the query; why doesn’t every number with those digits, in that order, show? If I’ve entered 4-5 digits of a phone number in our system, there is definitely a matching contact, why should I have to type the entire 8-10 digits? This applies to email address too. Literally typed out half of a customers email, and none of the results showing had what I had typed so far - not one, and the contact I was actually searching for didn’t show up. This occurred in every iteration of the search including typing the entire email only excluding the “.com” at the end and the contact still would not show - the results that did show however had nothing in common with the email I was looking for beyond “gmail” in the address, so it clearly doesn’t NEED full terms to search, just needs the app to be quality checked. Again, this may seem a small thing to whinge about, but at the end of the day it’s a very stupid problem to have. Especially for a CRM. Further, especially a paid CRM…
Hi team I must say HubSpot is a super CRM app. Easy to use. Clear to see. Simple to manage. But one thing… May you guys improve the comment feature please? I cannot see the comments through my phone. Only can see “note”. But somehow I really need to comment below a job to avoid the confusion. However, it’s hard to manage through the phone when I work without my laptop. Or maybe I just don’t know the way how can I see the comments through phone. Thanks M.D
dashboard is most used feature, now it’s gone.
