what is the timezone used in schedule?

i have a switchbot, then there are 5 schedules. i have travelled and in another timezone now. question is, what timezone is followed by my switchbot?

Good app but have Erik for improvements

I have bought the Switchbot Hub 2 hoping to automate my IR devices such as aircon, fan and tv at home. However, there are limitations which I hope can be easily improved via future updates. The IR functions are only accessible via the app and Siri Shortcuts. It will be nice and useful to have these IR functions accessible via Apple HomeKit as well. In addition, the IR remote button icons and placement cannot be customised. Hope the app developer bring these improvements in the next app update.

And works very well. Now I am waiting eagerly for the HomeKit connectivity to allow it to work even better

Great

Haven’t try yet. But I’m aware of this brand quite some time. Recent it just enter the market of Singapore for sale. Hopefully the support and team is awesome to rectify their issues.

Good but no Siri support yet

Other than Siri, everything else work seamlessly for the door lock with SwitchBot hub / Touch ID keypad. I would give it a 5 star rating, if I can lock / unlock my door via Siri.

Can’t unlock the door via a Siri shortcut

The only reason I’m rating this 3/5 is because the app doesn’t allow unlocking my SwitchBot Lock via a Siri shortcut. Which was the whole purpose of why I was buying this device. Hope they fix it soon. P.s. another small UI improvement would be to allow setting custom icons while creating a new remote controller in the hub. And giving more flexibility in arranging buttons.

Problem updating and connecting

Bought a new SwitchBot to add on to my current home that are already using switch bots. Had issues connecting despite multiple tries. While trying to delete an existing function (TV) which somehow I never had, took forever to update and nothing happen. Used to be efficient. Not sure what’s wrong now.

Better with new schedule program

Great! Love the new schedule feature! Keep it up!!!! Please add in new shortcuts and widget :)

Very easy to use

I like how quick and easy it is for me to get started out of the box. Not much setup needed. :) There's one important feature I hope it can be released asap. I need to be able to change to my preferred language which is English, otherwise I don't understand the different configuration settings.
