A Risk Worth Taking (I Hope)
I’ve been searching for a private cloud solution to store 7TB of personal archives. OneDrive caps out at 1TB per user, Dropbox is too pricey and clunky (though I still use it for work projects), and services like Google Drive and Box aren’t even on the table for my private data. Then I stumbled upon Sync. I’d never heard of it until last week while researching options. It seems promising—secure, based in Canada (which I like to think of as the Switzerland of North America), and highly recommended by some. But I won’t lie, the negative reviews I’ve come across gave me serious doubts. Still, I’m giving Sync a shot. I’ve committed to putting my entire archive here and trusting it as my long-term (hopefully forever) solution. I truly hope the team at Sync has addressed the issues mentioned in past reviews. Please don’t let me down—be the reliable partner I need. Fingers crossed! Don’t make me regret this decision.
