… „unknown error“. And when it works it‘s ridiculously Slow.

Crashes constantly Links to share are always invalid. There is really no point to the App version of sync.

Lacks support of Pages, Numbers, Keynote files when trying to upload a file from the app. How come ? Then saving a document from these apps is nearly impossible in the Sync folder from an iOS device. Please fix this. As well, navigation through the native Files app is sometimes quite slow.

I use sync.com for about two or three years, and i m very happy with the app! With iOS 13 there sneaked in a bug. But these guys are just awesome, they fixed it so fast, within 6 days i got it working again. Thanks a lot!

Getting better yet still needs a lot of work. Heic support. Maybe preview etc. more of a last ressort atm. But a lot quicker use than 3 months ago

Uploads- und Downloadlinks, mit oder ohne Passwort und zeitlicher Begrenzung. Alles vorhanden, da nehme ich die manchmal längere Downloadzeit in Kauf. Schön wäre noch ein Upload von gesamten Ordnern.

When trying to open a 60MB presentation, it takes roughly 8 minutes, vs. 5 seconds with Dropbox !

it's a pity because the service and price are great

Even if used with wlan navigate trough the folders thake a lot of time. For so a nice service so a poor app it's a shame, last update on May, it should be invested more time on it. (i have an iphone 6s and all the apps runs really fast) here zou need 5 seconds for switch to settings tab to another tab.. the app is for shure not my primary point of use for rhe service but if i want to show a file to a friend i don't want to have to wait 5 seconds for every folder change..
