Please fix standalone, iPhone 12 mini

Finally I can enjoy this great synth. I actually prefer it to synthmaster2 as the interface is more user friendly, even though the wavetable content is not as extensive.

IpadOS16.5.1 update has fixed the issues listed below. All is excellent with both SM1&2 👍 31st MAY The Menu/Import/Export Midi Mappings does not work at all! Every single parameter that is assigned to a control has to be manually assigned every time the app is launched because ALL Midi Learn Mappings are instantly lost when closing the app, SM1 only exports a blank document. 25th FEB This app has a brilliant sound but unfortunately it is so unreliable when it comes to Midi Learn….it constantly forgets what it has learned, same as SM2. Money not well spent I’m afraid ☹️ 9th Nov. SYNTHMASTER 1 & 2 iOS are the best synths ever, grab it whilst it is free until end of November, I can assure you you won’t regret it. I’ve had this app nearly 2 years and there is still loads of brilliant features I haven’t even looked at yet 👌no chance of ever being bored with SYNTHMASTER. 1 Year ago. Synthmaster One is one of my main synths that is used in all my Cubasis3 projects, it has many beautiful sounding lead and pad presets. I use many Au3 instances of both SMO & SM2 on my iPad Air 4 with no problems. I hope fadeamiga manages to sort out his sound glitch problem, may I suggest turning off “Background Audio” in SMO Settings, that worked for me, I almost returned my iPad thinking it was faulty!

I thought this was great. But now it won’t load on iPad or iPhone at all. Does not work anymore.

One of the best features of SynthMaster is the ability to change the waveshaper curve to get different tones from the synth, this has never worked despite numerous support requests.

PLEASE sort out the UI response on parameters that have modulation applied to them as it makes programming, or manually automating this thing a nightmare, basically unusable in that regard. I’ve messaged about this and got zero response. What do I mean? Let’s say you have an LFO or an envelope routed to a knob, say the filter cutoff, you set how much modulation in the mod matrix. The amount of mod depth is shown in the known. So far so good. Now go and move the knob. 8/10 instead of moving the knob you’ll be grabbing the mod amount and changing that, try again, still the mod amount, try again, oh you got the filter this time great, but the mod amount is now wrong etc. Now try to alter a parameter while you have a sequence playing, impossible it just mucks the sound up. Apart from that, great wavetable synth, sounds good, filters are mostly good, there’s some stepping going on even if using oversampling but I can live with that flexible oscilllators, flexible mod matrix, decent FX but because of the UI issue Nave, even though not AUV3 is still my go to wavetable synth on iOS.

On iPad Air 4th this synth is not usable at all , I’m using AUM and just one instance of SynthMaster is making glitches every few seconds and cpu spikes over 1000 % usage which is abnormal … I don’t know is it problem with SynthMaster or AUM but I’m very disappointed and I wish to get my money back 😔

Sound glitches on 12.9 iPad Pro 2021. Devs show no interest in fixing.

Unbelievable that I got this for free. That being said I would have gladly paid for it. SynthMaster is a keeper for sure and is a very capable all rounder. Since getting this I’ve never even considered removing from my iPad, only what I consider to be the best of the best stays and this is definitely one of them.

This is a fantastic app , when I first started playing around with it I simply could not get it tuned to proper tuning as it played a semi tone sharp but then I went into settings and put the sample rate up to 48000 and hey presto it’s in tune with my other gear only problem is you have to do it each time you do a new launch of it but there’s prob a way around that and I just haven’t discovered it yet , but I have to say the sounds are amazing and the possibilities seem endless and believe me for the money it’s mind blowing as there's other apps that are 5 time’s the price and don’t come near it in quality , thank’s to the SynthMaster one team for a fantastic app and keep up the great work
