Nutrition is the key to long-term results. The app features 8-week meal plans that are tailored to your personal goal, be it lose, gain or maintain. The plans have been designed by leading nutritionists and have easy step-by-step recipe instructions, weekly grocery lists, daily intake/macro goals and tracking. You are able to search your meals according to your dietary requirements and favourite them so they are always accessible. Use our barcode scanner to quickly find and log any food product that comes in a package and has a barcode. You’ll even find some healthy treats and family meals in there too!

I love the app it’s super easy to handle. It really got everything you need meal plans, little clips to every exercise, you can even mark how much glasses water you had and I love the community. I’m grateful for the app🥰

I tried various fitness apps but nobody compares to tammy fit! The layout is extremely userfriendly and what i love the most are the little videos where the exercises are demonstrated as well as am written instruction for the exercises. I also enjoy that you can keep track of EVERYTHING - literally everything. Water intake, body wight but most importantly the weight used for exercises!

It‘s so easy to use and the workouts are just perefect to use for your workout routine. The exercise are well explained and the recipes are to die for🤤 I‘m currently doing a 8-week-program and I‘m loving the results and it really keeps me motivated and I love the burn it‘s so effective😋
