You are able to search your meals according to your dietary requirements and favourite them so they are always accessible. Use our barcode scanner to quickly find and log any food product that comes in a package and has a barcode. You’ll even find some healthy treats and family meals in there too!

Challenges are so much fun with a great community.

I used the app for an 8 week challenge. I loved that each exercise was broken down into easy to follow videos and once completed you can move to the next exercise. I also loved that there was a timer on some of the videos that you could use quickly and with ease. On top of the challenge I have been using the app for stretches and you get a heap of workouts and meal plans too. I loved the 2 vegan meal plans. Easy to follow recipes and handy with their itemised shopping list. I am already see results. Thanks Tammy fit for creating a great app and for their supportive Facebook community too which has been a huge motivation to a mum with a young toddler. Just the kick that in needed, download the app, you won’t regret it 😃

I love that this app has so much variety. I can structure my week around having a mix of weights, pilates, stretching and mindfulness. I’m getting loads of new high protein meal and snack ideas which is helping keep my macros on track. Will definitely use forever 💗

Highlight of this App is the MEAL PLANS!

Let’s be real, abs are made in the kitchen and Tammy’s kitchen recipes are the best! A variety of plans to choose from including different dietary needs and if you need to switch it up, it’s super easy to swap meals which has made it so much easier for me to hit my macros and still eat delicious meals. The variety is everything!!

First time mama. Started the strong challenge 6 weeks pp, this has been the motivation I’ve needed and the encouragement from everyone else doing it is insane. I needed something for myself to focus on other than baby and this has been exactly what I needed. I feel healthier in myself and stronger already!

I am enjoying using the app, however, some improvements could be made. Often, the videos don't load but will stay on a static image or sometimes just a black screen. This means I have to work out what the exercise looks like from the written description. - When I enter what weights I use for a particular exercise, it doesn't automatically come up with this weight the next time the exercise comes up in a different workout. - When I mark a workout complete, it doesn't show this on the main workout page so I need to remember if I am up to for instance, upper body workout number 4 by myself. - On the diary page, it says I am on a rest day every day I go on. It would be good to have a search function so you could look for particular workouts e.g bicep workout. I think the is powerbuilding is cool. Would like to see more shoulder workouts. A lot of the glute focused workouts could be more glute-focused which makes me question the knowledge of the authors e.g. one of the workouts says forward static lunges when its quite basic knowledge that backwards static lunges are more glute focused.

I suffer from PCOS and since having this app to help me track my progress I’m finally starting to see changes in my body and physical health that iv been trying to achieve over years! It’s not only helped me physically and mentally but the 9 week challenges it offers for everyone of all fitness levels fast forwards the progress so I can push myself harder each week for amazing results. Couldn’t recommend this app enough to anyone

Love the workouts etc. However I think more money should go into the actual app itself, the quality is awful. I cannot leave the app to change a song without it crashing or restarting, the app doesn’t work without wifi and 70% of the time the videos don’t load so I need to keep refreshing the app 3/4 times before it works. I know a lot of people use this app and pay the subscription, at least put some money into improving the quality of the app it’s really starting to put me off which is upsetting:((

I’m a first time mama of a 1yr and found out the hard way that you no longer have time for yourself. Long story short I’ve been on this journey of trying to find the balance for over a year now and to me nothing compares to this! I signed up to the Shape & Shred Challenge just moving on to the next thing, but best decision I’ve made! Its literally tailored for us busy moms who can’t find the time or motivation. The app itself is awesome it’s like your own trainer in app form taking the thought process out. The challenges are even better because you get to be apart of a community full of women showing up for the same thing and providing the vibes! For me the best part was being able to just wake up and do it in the comfort of my own home, really starting my day off right and gaining a sense of self back!😌🫶🏽

Best fitness app I’ve used! Has used it for a while and it’s the only one I like that has both home and gym work outs! I’ve also had the best results from it!!
