Very very worst
One sided Features
While you can pay and subscribe, no option for disconnection of service. No option of transferring excess payment to original mode of payment. Get haggered by customer service if subscription canceled. One sided APP. Favouring Tata Play.
Application not working
Not able to use it in my iphone. App got stuck in welcome screen not able to do recharge and other work.
Internet service is good but pathetic customer support
I raised multiple request for the disconnection of my fibre account but they haven’t yet cancelled it and due to that my Amazon prime account is on hold by Tata play..
