How do I access to tata sky app in overseas ? If not available , when is expected to be available ?

Cant customize channels list

We cant sort the channels the way we want(which i were able to do in tv cable system), I dont like to see channel which I have not bought,

Not working in Australia

Can someone please explain in app description how it works if I am away from home. I am visiting Australia and this app is useless here. To Tata Sky - if you not checking app reviews you will be out of app business soon. All comments, complain and no updates provided to fix current issues.

Frequent buffering

It is a good app, but while watching catch up tv videos keep buffering frequently, it’s very annoying !!! I am using with high speed Jio giga I did a check on my laptop, same issue !!! Live tv works well, not much of buffering and good picture quality, on both devices (iPhone and MacBook) Seems it’s a issue from your CDN Please fix it ASAP Don’t ask me to write a email at help TataSky, I have made the issue very clear and hope you understand it

I am a traveller, this app doesn’t work for traveller

Incompetent support

I have been complaining by email on numerous occasions about many channels not being full screen as there is black area on all 4 sides of video. Everytime I email I get automated response and nothing gets done. Tatasky lift your game or be ready to be left out.

I am subscriber in India. I downloaded app here in Australia. It did not work even once. Very bad.
