OTP problems

I don’t get OTP’s immediately there might be some problems with the App itself. Previous App was the best compared with present one….. I didn’t understand why you people have changed the App & I don’t find anything special about it….

Dosent work

My iPad has iOS 12.5.5 & dosent support iOS 13 so cant use the app anymore Did contact Tata support but still no resolution Waste of time Have contacted help but no response Tata sky no longer works on iPads Been 4 weeks and support hasn’t helped Will have to leave Tata sky cant buy new iPad just for this Now been 2 months still not updating nor can I use the older version Still not working Don’t allow older version

Error 1003!?! Probably should use a language that people understand

Rubbish app

Just doesn’t login anymore after the rubbish upgrade, I don’t stay in India and now not able to login to recharge my account which my old parents are watching. What a crap it is. Enough now and I think it’s time to port.

After playing video or live channel for 30 seconds it breaks down with error message can’t play the content.
