Improvement needed
So so sick of signing on and getting in only to be kicked out . Shuts right off. Can’t tell you how many times this happens! At least once a day !

Unusable
The app has become so glitchy it is absolutely unusuable. Its a pain to log in. Its a pain to zelle or money transfer. Absolutely horrible experience for the last 2 months
Did work, NOW BROKEN
App allows me to log in but when I click on any account it immediately crashes the app. Three tries and the same outcome. Seems like they tried to update and it broke something in the process. Ugh!!! 😩
App keeps crushing
Any transaction is outside of the app experience. When you go to a brunch or call it takes forever to update on the app and worst thing it crushes all the time. Great service bank horrible digital experience
App doesn’t load when logging in with wifi
Fix it only works on LTE

I can't belive that in 2024 there is a bank application that is capeble of crashing right after you open in on iOS 17 on an iPhone 15
Worst mobile deposit
Always end up going to the teller since the app cannot read correctly everytime
It is a disaster!!
I can not log into my account. They need to send a code to my phone. But i am in another country and my phone can not receive the code. I called customer service. They said they can do nothing about it. Then i call Again, someone Try to ask me some questions, ask my what is my limit of my credit card. I don't know. Because i seldom use that credit card. Then I failed the verification of my own identify!!!! And i can not login to my account in another country!!!!
Downhill
Went from a quality institution to slide downhill in a short period of time.
