Im not sure if other audience experience this too. However, most of the time when I want to play a video it doesn’t load. It shows that the video was gonna be played but ten stops and proceed to not load. I tried restarting my phone, close the app and opens it again but it still doesn’t load.

I’m using this app for a long time, but when I want to update this app I don’t know why this app didn’t want to update. I’m trying to update directly in the App Store and surprising me this app say that this app not available in my country, I relly hate this because this is not the firs time I using this app because the longest app is available for my country “Indonesia”.

i use iphone 6 as well, like the other user who found a bug of this app. i already reinstall this app but it still can’t run well. i just found it’s always loading for a long time. i hope it can be run well as soon as possible

I’m on an Iphone 6, and i’m not sure this is a full fledged bug, or just my phone being crappy as hell, but when i play a video, the screen just turns black. I’ve tried fixing it by installing and uninstalling the app, but it just keeps happening. Can someone fix this? I’m really trying to watch some good TedTalks.

Screen stilk dark when i play or forward the video

Like this app to improve my english listening and add more knowledge of any other thing. In my opinion, this app will even be better if there is a dual language translation such as English and Indonesian. Thx

The video can’t work, the screen is still dark, can’t see the visual video

Once I look up my downloaded videos, I scroll down in one swipe and accidentally my downloaded video easily deleted. I think this may be a concern for the user experience to reduce the possibility deleting the downloaded video.
