TfL Oyster and contactless Reviews
Not working
I have created an account, however I have wasted my time... The app is not working. I cannot even open it!
I give up
Hopeless app, already failed at the registration level because I don’t have a UK address (though country options are offered). How would tourists ever be able use this app? Do better TfL
Bugs remain unfixed
Adding a contactless card throws an error, can you please fix it?
Useless for non residents
London is probably one of the most visited citys in the world and the product owner did not manage to include them as persona for this app? Poor performance, sorry.
Useless
10mn with such an useless app for publich transportation. Very underwhelming
Useless for tourists
Tourists don't have an UK address.
Not for Tourist
You can not use the app as a Tourist you need a adress in the UK
Not sure of its purpose
... no need to stand in line to recharge the card. Didn’t consider it a problem until now.
... no need to carry a Oyster card. Well, you still do.
I wonder what use case the developers addressed, definitely not the one of a traveller.
Use as tourist...
...you can use the app introducing e.g. the hotel‘s adress... or the one of the aiport... but as you can not pay with the iphone instead of a oyster card it‘s quite useless - only to know your exact balance
