Despite repeated attempts I don’t receive the email for password reset. Rubbish app.
The app is appalling we have been here 1hr trying to download the tickets
Yet again, I visit both the AXS and O2 apps in a vain attempt to find the tickets I booked. No sign of them even though I have received several emails from O2 with information about the concert. Really, really poor app. More time wasted queuing up to collect my tickets. One star is generous.
Spent £768 on ringside seats for the Chisora fight , but they are not showing on this site or AXS site and you can not find a phone number to talk to anyone . Tried email but nothing . Got seat numbers and booking reference, hope that’s enough on the night
Tickets won’t transfer. Followed all instructions.
It’s terrible to use. Won’t acknowledge password. Signing in via Apple doesn’t show any tickets. Something goes wrong every time I try and send email. I have purchased Killers tickets and can’t see us being able to get there at this rate! What a diabolical way of operating!
Why does this even exist? O2 have somehow managed to make the experience of going to one of their horrendous, overpriced, over stuffed venues, where for no reason other than to make going to one of their shows even worse you can’t bring a bag. They are the worst thing to have happened to gig culture in my entire lifetime. Only ever go to one of their gigs if the band is unmissable
I have paid for two tickets for 4th July and no tickets are available to me on this app
I really really resent having to download this app just for the privilege of accessing tickets purchased from Ticketmaster. I was given no choice - this was the only delivery method available. As soon as the show is over I’m deleting this app. Whatever O2 sells, I will boycott out of spite. I hate living in the future.
