Confusing loop
Very confusing process to access the tickets after I purchased them. Got stuck in a loop for a long time!
Bad
Not being able to download your tickets is pathetic and antiquated. What if we have trouble with service? Game over I guess
Awful software.
Garbage software. Terrible error handling. Couldn’t authenticate. Couldn’t send password reset. Had to use different ads app to do those things. Both apps continue to demand address verification even though I have verified and attempts to send another verification results in an error. Try hiring software engineers who know how to write code.

Horrible anxiety inducing app
Horrible app that makes you jump through a thousand hoops to get your tickets. Never sends any confirmation.
SOLVED: How to login
TLDR; you need to create two accounts, one when you login to the app and one to get the tickets. Man, what a poor app experience. Luckily I’m a software developer and know how to tinker with software to maybe get it working. Who would’ve ever guessed that? I was trying to use the same login to get my tickets as I did to login to the app. If you create two separate logins (use your same email and a different password) you can access your tickets. Hope this helps!!!
Broken app
Can’t log in, similar to the other review. Pretty cool! Just says my info is invalid somehow… what a terrible idea for an app.
Cannot access tickets
Was able to access tickets a week ago. Now the night before the show am unable to access tickets. I’ve seen multiple complaints of similar nature in the app reviews and online. Why require ticket holders that purchased tickets through other outlets to use an unresponsive and useless app? Invalid token? refresh? no assistance from the the venue, the app, or the ticket outlet. If I can’t get into the show tomorrow night someone will be receiving a whole lotta words…
Trash app
This app is useless. I have installed it and it won’t open. Tried deleting and installing again and still won’t work. All I get is the logo and the spinning wheel. How am I supposed to access my tickets if the app won’t even open???
