I have seen a Saudi influencer advertising for this application. I decided to order a Tod’s shoes for my husband since our anniversary is very near. I received the item in a very bad condition which is used and there was a dead fly inside the box. I immediately contacted customer care and they told me: (WE HAVE ANOTHER SHOES SAME SIZE, WE WILL REQUEST A RETURN EXCHANGE FOR YOU). Although our anniversary occasion has been changed on date because of this, I said to myself it’s better to give my man a perfect Tod’s shoes for this important day!!. I made the return and the exchange was on its way. Suddenly, I received an email from Outnet saying that the item has been delivered to you….. i was shocked! I didn’t receive any item. (Anyways, the day after is the big surprise) which was the item has been delivered (thank god) but guess what!??? Same item has been returned to meeee!!!! Same dirty box, same bad condition shoes and everything was the same. I was shocked like hellllll and I went crazy!!! I cried because i’ve been sending emails and waiting for this item for the past two weeks and the occasion has been ruined and my man has a very huge expectation for the gift…… I sent an email now waiting for their reply. But this is the last time dealing with them. Be careful everyone there is something wrong with this website.
