I came across this store by mistake and I ordered.. my packages were packed so well and I was really happy. They delivered before time and I knew that this was my favourite store. They have quality, authentic product and this is my second purchase. Will be returning for more obviously 😊

Ordered 4 times in total. All got canceled. No reason was provided. Changed to a different account and no difference. Never was able to make an order. Completely waste of time.

Checkout page of the mobile app is broken making it impossible to check out. I even deleted the app and downloaded the latest version and it’s still broken. Page just flashes over and over - no way to check out.

Great service but your shipment fee is too expensive. You went from 17 euros to 24. Net-a-Porter is 10 euros!

Their website says “Enjoy 15%off download the app and use the code APP15, T& Cs apply”. So I downloaded the app and placed the order. But the code doesn’t work. Called the customer service and was told that this 15%off deal doesn’t apply to each and every order. This is misleading. My wife loves the product so I placed the order anyway.

I’m very happy with OUTNET , I ordered a couple pieces Maison margiela men’s coat fit perfect! and a Paul Smith shirt. I found the site easy to naviagate and order. I called a couple times to follow up with my order, always helpful and answered my questions about shipping as I paid extra to have it sent in 2 -3 days. It was mailed by UPS with signature that was fine. Very happy with my things, and look forward to shopping in the future. Cheers, Michael nyc
