I would give them zero stars. the UPS delivered my order to the wrong postcode, then they said I have received, I have been kept contact the outnet and waiting for 2 months to receive either my delivery or my refund, but they never follow up with zero resolution. This is fraud sales and WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Agents keep told me that we try their best, but no one has trying if you don't contact them, no one follow it up to deal with. They just eaten the money and I need to reported to the bank and fraud team for this case.
