Excellent responsiveness
I’ve learned so much from the TRE coaches. What I hadn’t expected, on top of the really informative and very user-friendly videos, was the amazingly quick and personalised responses when I’ve had a comment or question. I started running at 57 (3 years ago). I have a lot of catching-up to do but I don’t have to be an experienced, knowledgable or competitive runner to feel part of the TRE community. So impressed!
Educational practical and easy to use
This TRE app is fantastic! Has a huge range of workouts and training modules that give you the knowledge of how to move and strengthen your body for running. but the best part is the recovery and injury prevention series, I have learnt so much from this app that I can actually help others with what I’ve learnt so they can enjoy their runs more. I’d recommend to anyone who loves being healthy.

Fantastic early version
This is good but mostly just a web site port which runs pretty slowly (like my running! 🤣)
Lots of good free stuff for runners at all levels.
I'm a subscriber so look forward to more features over time.

A friend recommended this app to me. It is awesome.... they really know what they are talking about. You get great information and practical help even without purchasing one of their programs. I've recommended to a couple of friends and they love it as well.
Over a year now
Been with TRE for 1+ year starting on their 30day challenge. Changed the way I view my training and have reprogrammed a typical week's training. To have all their material, guidance, tips and pointers in one place is brilliant and incredibly easy to use as they're all videos!
Brilliant
This app is absolutely outstanding!! Everything you could possibly want to help you become a better runner. It caters for all levels from beginner to experienced and shows you how to improve your form and times. There is also a section on injury prevention. Highly recommended.

I have only recently started using this app and I am very excited about the quality of information available. I look forward to learning from it and hopefully avoid some of these new found injuries I am suffering as I get older. Thanks Nate

I've used TRE for a while now through their YouTube and Web based systems. To now have access to everything (clips, programme, comments) as a one stop shop is a huge step forward! No more having to write notes on my phone to remember workouts while on the run, now all I have to do is log on once and it's all there for me! Great step forward and highly recommend this app to both the new and serious runner who want injury prevention as their priority.
