Really hard to navigate, nothing even comes up when I search ‘marathon’ into the library. Looks like something that belongs on a website has been crammed into a poorly designed app. It also sends really annoying quotes to my apple watch what feels like every five minutes. I thought this would be a nice addition to my marathon training but it’s just stupid. I have cancelled my free trial
Nothing is free now and the best coaches have left
A waste of time and money. There is nothing on the app that you can’t find on their YouTube channel for free.
TRE app
Impressive app for those new or experienced in running. It isn’t solely about running- there’s encouraging insights from the community(which stretches the globe) and coaches on fitness, mobility, nutrition etc. For those building up to a 5k or marathon there are daily guides. Thanks TRE

Earn your miles has become like a mantra to me. TRE has helped me identify my own problems and has helped me work on them to keep me strong enough to keep running. It’s a fantastic, supportive community too. Learn how to Earn Your Miles with them. You won’t regret it
Great for working on improvement
I came to this after getting bored of my couch to 5k stuff and am in the last week of the beginner running programme. It is good, thorough and helpful. The team have been brilliant in responding to any worries or questions I’ve had.
I wanted to improve my technique which is really helping and my general level of fitness.
Great coaching through the app for everyone who has done a little bit.
Rubbish app & too expensive
Poor app run by some poor blokes.
They’re asking for way too much money for their product, when most people are struggling financially. It needs rethinking.

This is a very good App I’ve used it and it has improved my running and strength too and got my personal best time I would recommend it to new runners and regular or elite coach Nate coach Morgan coach Holly are all very good 5 star for me
Tip for improvement
I’m really enjoying this app - well thought out and very extensive. One tip is that you need a pause between exercises. For example in the level 2 glute pain injury video - there is no pause between the clam exercise and the reverse lunges. There needs to be a 5-10 second pause to allow the user to change positions
