A really nice group of people that helps and support your running journey from the firsts steps to the your full potential all concentrated in one app.

It’s never too late

I started running training on October of 2016. Didn’t know much about the risks of injuries I was exposing myself to at the time. I learned the hard way, I injured myself towards the end of my half marathon training. Have been recovering now for over two months and have taken the time to get an education about running and all it involves. Discovering this app and the awesome amount of data and tutorials it contains was the best thing that could have happened to me. Thanks for making all this knowledge available to us for FREE! Wow!
