The SPOT App

Only locations are displayed, it could be useful to link each point in the correct order to see the track. But the very missing feature is to be able to have a persistent filter to only display the last points over a configured period of time (ex: the last 24h only) and to automatically center the map on the points/track.

ne fonctionne absolument pas. perdu des heures avec le service client qui refuse d aider . if you don’t have to just don’t buy a spot device . you will lose your money

Fonctionnait très bien jusqu’à présent. Depuis aujourd’hui, il est devenu impossible de se connecter. Message affiché : « Error ... Try again later » ! Sympa pour une appli dédiée au tracking 🤨 Merci aux développeurs de bien vouloir mettre à jour d’urgence. Nous payons pour ce service !

The devices are great, but the app is not. Keep crashing on latest ios. Please fix/make better.

The Spot device is good but this app will not even open on my iPhone. Just keeps crashing and yes, everything is updated on the iPhone and Spot app. As is, app is useless.

Mine worked fine as of yesterday. Today it shuts down a split second after opening. Tried updating my IPhone 13, deleting the app, powering down my phone then reinstalling the app many times, in many different sequences. My only option now is to use the web based page, which is pretty crappy. I’m online now looking for a different company for my needs.

App now crashes immediately upon opening IOS 17.4.1

This would be great if it actually functioned as it should we have multiple assets and the app does not allow for different colors of the assets except on the desk top version. This makes the functionality of the actual tracking nearly impossible to follow as all the assets are the same color.
