Good but couple improvements
I wish you could assign different colours to different devices so when you have several trace units tracking you can tell them apart on the map view and don’t have to change the filters to see what’s happening with a specific device.

No notifications?
Does not allow for notifications. Not much point to this app.
Terrible app
This app is so bad. If I knew how bad it was I never would have bought the spot trace. We’re in 2021, pay some money and update this garbage!
Brand new device unboxed -no Bluetooth seen
The device was packaged with the instructions on a USB and indicated Bluetooth always on Well we’re is it? Have 3 brand new SpotX and none can be seen with this app I am on IOS 14 latest
Better interface
Much better interface and my Spot X now works with it
Totally useless app
While their web interface is overly complicated, their mobile app is an absolute waste of time. I have rarely seen such a useless app. With all the 1 star ratings I see it's not just me. This app can do anything useful. One wonders how a company that charges dearly for their services can release just a crappy app. Is there anyone in charge?
App sucks
The website is alright, but this app, it’s just plain garbage. Not functionalities at all. I dont understand why there is such a big difference between the website and this app
What a pile of trash
For the Money they charge for subscription service their customer service and app quality is garbage. Waste of time!!
