WOD Generator with a huge variety of intense workouts (15,000+ with more being added all the time). Simply choose from one of the 20+ categories to generate a random workout of the day. Favourite any WODs you like to come back to. Time and log your workouts with the Pro upgrade.
I started CrossFit about 10 years ago, and built The WOD Generator to help people like you (and me!) train when you can't get to a box (for whatever reason). I'm always looking to improve it, so please get in touch if you have any suggestions or feedback :)

This app is just so well done, with the categories, the type of workouts, you are not restricted to just randoms wods but u have many specific wods that target what you want to work on like strength, power, lower body… tried many apps this one is the best so far

I Enjoy Using This App
I like that this app is light weight and to the point. No unnecessary animations and graphics keeps it running smooth and fast. I like the overall layout and design of this app. Smart WOD function under paid option is well with it. I look forward to using this as my main workout app for longtime to come.
