THINKWARE DASH CAM LINK

我从韩国买的记录仪，s-shot，但是app里没有这个型号，请问要如何处理？

F200 Pro camera will not connect to this app. Nothing about this in the manual, and the app has no troubleshooting section. Tried everything I’ve found on the internet. Nothing worked. Last resort was calling Thinkware support team. So far, no response. iPhone 15 pro w/ iOS 17.5.1. App allowed access in Local Network Privacy settings.

We have the U1000 model that doesn't seem to be supported anymore?? After shelling so much money on the product - at least let the users know you're discontinuing support for this product?

I purchased the Thinkware Q200 and have not had any issues. The quality of the video is great. Many people are complaining about the camera draining their car battery. You can adjust the settings if you want continuous recording or only when movement is detected. I’m very impressed with the app. Prior to this, I had a Rexing and the app for that was useless. I have had no issues accessing my recorded videos. I liked the quality of the dash cam and the usefulness of the app that I purchased another Thinkware Q200 for my sister and will be purchasing a 3rd for my parent’s vehicle. I chose to get my dash cam hardwired and installed at Best Buy. Cheaper to install at Best Buy than the other local shops near me.

Please hire qualified app developers who can create an app that 1) works, 2) has a friendly interface, and 3) works! iPhone IOS 17.5.1

Can not connect to do live view. Horrible. Returning camera due to this.

Is this the app the “commercial company” can create with their efforts for their customers? First, to connect to my U3000 dash cam, I need to disconnect Apple CarPlay in my car. If not, the app is not capable to connect to the dash cam. The company provides another app named “”Thinkware Connected.” This one is worse! It is NOT working. Additionally, it’s PC/MAC Viewer for Mac user is not installed properly. Thus, I can’t use the Mac viewer. Selling expensive dash cams, but the worst service the company provides in USA! Very disappointed..

Not sure the problem but when I select my camera from the list, it tries to connect via bluetooth not wifi. It won’t connect via bluetooth and wifi is not an option. Guess I’ll return the camera for something else.

Completely useless app. It won’t let you connect anymore. It used to, but not now.

The app only ever stays connected to camera for about 10 seconds before disconnecting and I’m unable to access any of the files unless I physically remove the SD card from the camera and view on a computer. This was a complete waste of money don’t bother with this app or camera!
