No control of preventing customers
They have scam restaurant who didn't deliver the food and they don't have control to refund money. Becareful
Geld geaccepteerd eten niet geleverd
Ik had na een weerzien (door Corona) na een jaar in het buitenland mijn familie op eten getrakteerd op Chinees eten. Rekening was bijna 300 euro. Geld was afgeschreven van mijn kaart. Ik zie vervolgens een berichtje in de app (niemand die je belt) dat de bestelling was afgezegd. Waarom? Antwoord (na boze e-mails en telefoontjes met het restaurant) “de betaling hebben we niet ontvangen”. Maar het geld is wel van mijn credit card afgeschreven. Ja zeggen ze, dat komt over 10 dagen weer bij je terug. Dus betaal nou maar nog een keer. T punt is, mijn vertrouwen is weg. Etentje verpest, 300 euro van mijn credit card afgeschreven en niemand die je even belt om uit te leggen of een alternatief te bieden. T enige advies over de e-mail: “probeer nog maar een keer”. Ik heb geen idee waar mijn geld nu is en waarom het mislukt was. En dat is geen stijl. Kennelijk mag deze dienst de consument niet bellen want dat zou een inbreuk zijn op de privacy. Aha. Logisch. Heel logisch. Dus ik ben nu drie honderd Euro armer, geen eten ontvangen en iedereen teleurgesteld, en geen telefoontje of niks van thuisbezorgd.nl. Eten was van Blue Lotus in Purmerend. Het zal best prima eten zijn geweest. Dat geloof ik graag. Ik zou het graag ontvangen hebben.

Mixed opinions
Some food is overpriced for what you get on top of a delivery charge but at least some have free delivery. The app could use a lot more images for menu items
