And the description of every dish is also must be a requirement. People have allergies and need to understand what they are ordering.

Terrible organization. I have had problems with them twice in a row. They are not going to solve them in any way and simply end the dialogue. Terribly incompetent. The first time the order arrived incomplete and in terrible condition. Recently we placed an order with the last of our money and the problem came again. They said again, we will not send you the order, you will receive the money within 3 days. How can we now order food without money on the card? And they just end the chat and don’t want to look for other solutions.
I not receive two orders,why not received my orders?
Useless support. Wrote them 3 times and didn’t get answer. Food delivery from McDonald’s in 2 km took 2 hours. 2 hours, Karl!
WHY is it impossible to open dish picture full page or at least see it better that a small box 30 by 30 pixels... With such small picture how can I understand how the dish looks like? Your app is cool but you really need to invest in better Ui/Ux and analyze your competition
It has not been working for the second week, I have an iphone 11 pro. You can’t log in, reinstallation did not help.
I have found this delivery service and put the first order on 12-01-2019. Since that time I made 28 orders so I was using this service often. As soon as I had an issue with delivery the support is showing caring only about my bed review for the restaurant, pushing me to delete it together with the restaurant, but without any concern about my bad experience. So if you are happy client - service is great. As soon as you will have trouble - nobody cares, and it doesn't matter how good you are as a client.
