The app is terrible when something goes wrong with your order. There’s no way to contact someone from the store or courier when something happens. It’s so frustraring when something happens and you can’t do anything other than send and email that will be answered a couple of days later. You definitly should learn with you competitors and put a chat or something in the app to contact the store or the courier when needed.
Very annoying notifications even after turning off the toggle “Messages about news and discounts” in the app. I had no other option but to turn all notifications in my iPhone’s settings.
I do understand that some orders could be canceled due to problems with the restaurants itself … I has one order canceled after one hour waiting for it - then I received my money refund two days laters but I did not received my tip to the courier back ( and they didn’t even deliver anything)
The offering is good, but you never know when and if your order will be delivered. I have an active order, it is already more than 30 minutes than the estimated delivery time, and after calling the restaurant, they said that the order is ready for pick up for some time and no one showed up to deliver it. And now, even if it is delivered, it will be probably cold. Anyway, I have to leave to the airport, and there’s no support available on the platform to help me with this.
Right after paying I got a message saying that the delivery time is 90 minutes. Of course I wouldn’t have placed the order if I had know this in advance. This is dishonesty at the very least.
The service is great, but the app is close to unusuable. 5 star service, 1 star app.

Just a suggestion, they could translate the restaurants menu into the English
