As an Europe edition, is ok But I NEVER gonna pay for a issue, if it's the european cover!
Better than paper
Time app can serve as an example for many other newspapers and magazines how to create modern presentation of traditional media. Discrete but functional integration of media and interactivity.
Lost all my issues and cant log in - terrible
Been a subscriber for quite a while. at a certain point (after updating the app) I've lost all my back issues, and I cant even log in to read the latest issue. Great magazine, terrible / non existent customer support.
Nice But not Great
The new Digital Edition suddenly robbed me of my older copies of Time, that I used to have in my Library. Having been a subscriber for two years, I would like to be able to read some of those back issues
Easy to use
Nice app, easy to use. I have subscribed to TIME since 1973. This app males me want to carry on with it.
Needs work
Finally I'm able to read Time without getting all that ink on my fingers. But the app is very old fashioned - basically just a scan of the paper edition, that you have to flip through page by page. Take a look at TRVL to see how to make a great, modern digital magazine. The text resolution is horrible. And no Newsstand integration? Lots of room for improvement here.
Poorly thoguht through
The publication is basically a low resolution scan of the pages of the print edition and is horrid to read on a device with high resolution screen. Oddly they have managed to get many adds in higher resolution. Each edition is 80+Mb to download, so getting new editions while on the road is not possible. It is also not integrated with the iOS newsstand. All this after getting registered was impossible and had to be fixed via an international phone call. All in all, Time should go and have a look at the Economist digital edition, where evey single thing is done right and done well. Now I just need to find out how to cancel my subscription.

Outstanding!
I got an iPad about half a year ago, and since then I have only used the digital/iPad version of Time. The paper magazine comes every week, but I only read the iPad version. Why? Because it is comfortable to read, it is easy to get a clear view of the content, and within the app I have alle previous issues in one place - without taking any room. If I want to read something from a previous issue, all I have to do is to download the issue I want to read. I have had a month free trial of Newsweek digital edition too. I prefer Time iPad version before Newsweek. I think it is easier to get a clear view of the content in Time.
