This was a brilliant app when I got it first. However now it isn't downloading any new issues. I tried reinstalling it but no joy. Sent a request to the help desk, but all I got back were the normal instructions. Maybe I'm doing something silly, but I don't usually!! Anyone else have this problem??
This is an excellent app. Easy to navigate and fun to use.
This is a wonderful app for those who really enjoy Time magazine.
Hi there Generally good app, but some room for improvements, find the user experience sloppy in much of the app, the navigation experience is very poor,the navigation options very poor, and don't display on cue. 1) no easy facility to call up the contents page for articles on the edition 2) no search facility for checking edition 3) no bookmarking to save place to continue reading article, whe reopened article after half an hour, I had to re-navigate through the app again to find my article, poor design 4) text is not able to be altered for size 5) navigation could be improved, no easy way to navigate between articles, no easy way to find the contents page, navigation options should be available using gestures on iPad, for example, if a user could just single tap on the middle options should appear, the only way to display options is to tap on the period/full stop at the end of the article, frustrating to try and navigate to individual articles 6) lack of proper support site for the app, no feedback option available which is why I have to resort to using this forum Hope that this gives you some decent feedback
This app would be great if it featured retina display, it doesn't and as such reads horribly on the new iPad.
