Having become tired of seeing £xx a month subscription cost with the 12 month actual cost in tiny underneath I decided to buy a monthly subscription. This at £7 gets you this months but no back issues, no previous special issues. There are endless media and news apps I can do without one that has a cascade of windows of promise but under delivers.

I accidentally came across a copy of Time magazine in 2001 while I was on an Ireland v Poland boxing international duel match in Krakow. I found a copy on the bus that was transferring the team to the event, and I’ve been reading and subscribing to Time magazine ever since. Love it and long may it continue; it’s most definitely giving me a global perspective on what’s happening in our beautiful world.

Every time I have tried to use my Time subscription the app runs around in circles as if trying to stop me reading the magazine instead of trying to provide it to me. It has always been this way with Time whether as a paper or a digital subscriber. Frustrating.

The app keeps on forgetting that I am a subscriber for last 10 yrs Good at taking auto renewal payment Cannot download the latest issue as the app keeps on asking me to pay for the magazine Spoken to customer service at Time, asked to delete and download the app again, done it multiple times— useless Waiting for snail mail to deliver the latest paper issue whenever Now I can’t send this feed back as I can’t find a nickname—who has made this confounding app

I have been trying to cancel this app for awhile now but, there does not seem to be a way to do this . How can I cancel and stop being charged every year for this. You’ve stolen money from me two years in a row now and , I can’t find any way of getting rid of you. As you can tell your ideas have parted from mine over the last few years. I just want rid of this yearly payment somehow ?!😡

I started dreading Times Magazine from the age of 10. My father bought and read them on a weekly basis and passed them to me when done. I was and is still fascinated at richness and quality of the content. For the magazine to be able to transform from paper to include electronic - and still able to maintain the same look and feel - is a testimony of a committed business. I appreciate what you do.

Having subscribed through iTunes since 2015 the library of back copies between Oct 2018 and now are not accessible. Spoke to iTunes Customer Service who were pretty useless - but that’s another matter for me to take up with them. Can you guys help?

I registered to the latest Ofer from time. They promised access to the print + digital version. The print version never arrives. Be careful when purchasing with them!

Title says it all; despite multiple “restores” of my active iTunes subscription and deleting and reinstalling the app, all I can see is a half dozen issues from 2017. I’m not paying for something that no longer works. Update after reply received from developer: Thank you for getting back to me. The issue is still not resolved. It appears this issue is also affecting other users. Thank you for the offer but I just don’t see value in pursuing this problem further on an individual basis. Please just fix whatever you broke in the app so that everyone can use it.

I received an email stating that the app had been updated so I tried deleting and re-installing the app - I logged in using my account credentials but the app will not allow me to read the magazines for which I have paid. Absolutely pointless app!
