Timegate Employee

Timegate is buggy and unreliable app. Logging on is very hit and miss, it just randomly throws up errors and prevents you from logging on. I have re-installed the app but it only gives you the option to register again but not to logon, and you guessed it, that now doesnt work, preventing me from logging on and also gaining access to the portal to book holidays and see company messages etc… Its a poor app which isnt updated enough but needs to be, its a shame that I ‘have’ to use it for work.

So I can book on ok but soon as my shift ends I open Timegate to book off but it changed to book on again . It’s rubbish

Been using for years now. It’s had its problem but nothing that was never fixed. My only suggestion is to make it visible what time you clocked in, I sometimes forget when I did so 👍

Makes you use this to log on off it does not work even connected to internet it says your not at this location even tried my husbands phone i phone 14 pro max it does not work with it either rubbish

Been using the app over a month since my employers got the app only down fall is it doesn’t do push notifications for check calls or patrols would be a good idea for the next update

Can you guy please make the flashlight option in the scanning it will helps alot at night shifts

Had to download this to clock on and off before/after shift, worked for a couple of months and now keeps saying GPS error, when my location is on for this app! Useless

So not sure if app works on iPhones as it works fine on Samsungs

This app is mostly used by big companies that can fraud employee . This app is created to make money for big bosses not for you as a low class worker. Error after error and nothing to do . Your boss is asking you to use this app and you have no choice . Simple
