Booking on and off and check calls barely ever work if at all. Considering this is a Secuirty Wellfare app you’d think the main function it was made for would work without a problem however unfortunately it’s not the case. Please fix this app not only for convenience of the guards but the safety as well

How do we go back? If we activate with wrong/some other site code.

No progress has been made since last update. Still can’t use any other pin once logged out. Have to delete and reinstall the app every time if you want to switch account. And still no progress on shared user mode and multi user mode. Developer please fix this.

It shows unknown Registration Number everytime

It should not automatically log out every time 🙄🙄

Timegate is buggy and unreliable app. Logging on is very hit and miss, it just randomly throws up errors and prevents you from logging on. I have re-installed the app but it only gives you the option to register again but not to logon, and you guessed it, that now doesnt work, preventing me from logging on and also gaining access to the portal to book holidays and see company messages etc… Its a poor app which isnt updated enough but needs to be, its a shame that I ‘have’ to use it for work.

So I can book on ok but soon as my shift ends I open Timegate to book off but it changed to book on again . It’s rubbish

Been using for years now. It’s had its problem but nothing that was never fixed. My only suggestion is to make it visible what time you clocked in, I sometimes forget when I did so 👍

Makes you use this to log on off it does not work even connected to internet it says your not at this location even tried my husbands phone i phone 14 pro max it does not work with it either rubbish
