Timegate Employee

The app all of a sudden has stopped working after 3 years. I have error codes. I have reinstalled and reinstalled the app to try and fix it but nothing has worked. I have to use this app for my 2 jobs so I’m not happy as I know have to contact both companies to get help

Seems ok at the moment. Very basic for what it is. Would be good if it sent you notifications every hour to remind you to book on/check call etc.

For the last week or so this app hasn’t been working properly, it’s telling me to log in when Iv already logged in and I’m trying to log out.

Dreadful app . I’m lucky if it works . And constantly have to ring my line manager to let him know I’m on site . Tried a system reboot & also deleted the app and reinstalled. Be glad if my company tries a different way to book on a shift or off .

This by far the most useless app I have ever used it never works properly. ABSOLUTELY USELESS

It never works… i mostly have to text my managers every single day to ask if i am logged in… i have prints of the error messages… it never works never. 1 star is rating too much

Have been using daily tried to book on today only to be asked to register. Spoke to my company was told they have been having a issue with it and to try open it later. Four and a half hours later still asking me to register

The app is always getting crash after few logins. Every time when you try to login you have to delete the app and reinstall it. Not recommend to any one

Timegate is buggy and unreliable app. Logging on is very hit and miss, it just randomly throws up errors and prevents you from logging on. I have re-installed the app but it only gives you the option to register again but not to logon, and you guessed it, that now doesnt work, preventing me from logging on and also gaining access to the portal to book holidays and see company messages etc… Its a poor app which isnt updated enough but needs to be, its a shame that I ‘have’ to use it for work.
