Depuis la dernière mise à jour, pu moyen de mettre une destination en mode “favoris”, faire une recherche pour une destination dans nos contacts est maintenant introuvable dans la section “Recherche”. Alors on est revenu comme dans l’temps des boussoles….
DO NIT BUY THIS. it is terrible. i bought this navigation for truck. i spent 150$ and all for nothing. this navigation is terrible for USA and Canada. this navigation gives wrong route. this navigation constantly leads to prohibition signs for truck and under low bridges. i demanded my money back in a week and i was refused with a refund. i wasted money. i wrote to support and no one answered me.
Very disappointed, on 5G cellular networks in my car it can take more than 10 minutes to get the application on, during it takes a second with other free applications. I paid for Tom Tom and I lost my money.
Why would I pay for something that it is free? I have Google , Waze , and so on . If you really want me to test your app, give me 7 days free of charge without asking about my credit card . At least you allow me to test your app and then after 7 days ask me to pay . I know I can cancel in 7 days . You know what I am doing after the review ? Delete the app and move on.
This was my original review: “…so you can use your offline, downloaded maps and navigation. The app needs to be connected to ensure the subscription is still valid, even if the device was online a few hours ago.. Fail and potentially dangerous to rely on this services” TomTom rep did replied and suggested:” Hi Das, sorry for the unintended hassles. Please open the app's menu, TomTom Services, and disable 'online Search' and 'online routing'. Reboot the phone and try again offline. It should work 👍 Let us know the status. ^Jas“ Didn’t work, you have to turn out all of TomTom services for the app to work offline. Suggestion for the next update? Allow the user to disable online service even when offline. When you’re in the middle of nowhere, in an unknown area, unable to connect to the internet… it’s nice to be able to rely on an offline navigation. Silly me, I was trying to find customer support directly from TomTom’s website and not through the app itself. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Thank you for a swift respond.
App TomTomGo requires me to be in the cellular coverage to verify subscription even though I do have an active subscription. This problem started recently and it is very frustrating when travelling outside of the cellular coverage. The reason for purchasing TomTom was to have navigation available outside of cellular coverage and not having this ability, makes TomTom App useless.
I subscribed for the monthly Any addresses I tried it did not navigate I don’t recommend wast of time and money
This might be a great app, but I've never tried it because I've got Google Maps and Apple Maps for free. If you want me, and I'm assuming, another million or so people to sign up... How about making it free for a month, then if it's so amazing I'll pay for it then.
