Retard impensable et pas de restauration en Premium
Bonjour,
Je ne sais pas si c’est le bonne endroit pour déposer une plainte mais en tout cas, c’est la 1ere fois que je subit un retard de 95’ sans avoir été prévenu si ce n’est des e-mails qui transmettent une mauvaise information et qui nous laissent dans l’attente sur le quai !
J’ai pris un voyage premium pour bénéficier du dîner et je viens d’apprendre par l’unique steward à bord qu’aucun repas ni boissons ne serait servis !

Stopped working
I’ve had 2-3 updates in the last few days but the app still isn’t working. I can’t login or make a booking. The error message says that there’s a problem connecting to Eurostar and to try again later. Has been like this for a few days.

App ne fonctionne pas
L’application beug constamment. Impossible de réserver de réserver ses billets ou encore d’avoir accès à nos réservations à venir. On ne peut même plus ajouter nos tickets sur Wallet. On ne peut plus rien faire sur l’application donc on est obligé de tout faire sur le site web même. Bien dommage pour une application qui était bien pratique!
App doesn’t work anymore
Upgraded my iPhone 14 to latest iOS and latest version of Eurostar app but it freezes on the blue start screen 😢
Login failure
I can’t login to my profile on the app (I can perfectly on the website). I can’t book a train ride or even open an existing booking in the app to show the ticket. So at this point the app is completely useless.

Ridiculous
Why did they board the 17:56 Brussels to London before they boarded us the “delayed” 16:51??
We got to stand there watching them all leave whilst we are still unclear when/if we get to leave. Totally unfair and rubbish system.
We all have ongoing plans, dinner plans, families waiting - this is ridiculous.
Really upsetting actually.
