Why sell electric in NI if you can’t be bothered to adapt your app to let customers top up

Not offering an app to top up in NI. Only available to ROI customers. This service is offered by all other service providers in NI. It’s 2019, get your act together Electric Ireland

As said in previous reviews this app is useless in N Ireland as it will not recognise a UK mobile number

Don’t bother getting this app

Won’t let Northern Ireland customers use the app which is the handy option instead of using the website . Really disappointed

Absolute joke this app doesn’t work in for the north of Ireland customer Selling a product that the customer can’t even use the app for !! Sort it out “electric Ireland “ its 2019 FFS

Used many broken apps in my time but this is a joke don’t bother downloading just head to the shop with the card. I’d give a zero star if I could but Apple need 1

Moved over from Power NI were I used there app for payments expecting the same here. Been sold on the fact that Electric Ireland are all singing / all dancing but not if you’re a customer in Northern Ireland. C’mon, get this sorted.
