Wonderful
Amazing app, have used it for a few years and it's got me through difficult times, relationship breakups, job interviews, family issues. It seems to help you be able to cope with your issue better the next day( I use it mostly before I sleep). It's also useful if you wake early worrying, it enables you to go back to sleep! Wouldn't be without it 😀

I have used this app for a while now and it really has helped me to feel more in control and confident in my everyday life would definitely recommend.

Shame
Great course - used it for a long time, unfortunately it no longer plays any audio files on iOS 9, so it's pretty useless now! UPDATE: Deleted and re-downloaded the sessions and all is good again!

Excellent
