This new one is complicated and useless

Everytime I try to go in a stop it says “service unavailable” even when I delete tha app and re download it

Seriously TPG, forcing publicity on an app supposed to be informative? We already pay for using the bus, should we be harassed by pubs we can even not close down? Ridiculous and useless and enervating.

How is 'get directions' not the opening page? How is it possible I have to open a browser and then when I've finally obtained some info I have to go back into the app to open a map to find the station?? Might aswell ask around and hope for the best -5 stars, if this were possible

This app is quite useful, yet it does not use its full potential in terms of real-term information and geolocalisation. Also, it would be useful to be able to buy tickets not only for zone 10, but also for several zones.

Nul et inefficace ! Ne prévient pas quand il y’a du retard ou donne une mauvaise heure de retard. Pourquoi changer une application qui était bien plus efficace avant et plus facile à comprendre.

Laissez au gens la possibilité d’utilisé l’ancienne version par pitié. 😡🤬

L’interface est mal conçue au point de rendre l’app inutilisable. Il est impossible de trouver une correspondance après avoir cliqué sur un arrêt d’un trajet. Il ne serait pas surprenant que les TPG mettent fin aux contrats des informaticiens responsables.
