Did not allowed me to cancel my ticket
Pathetic service. Pathetic App. Please do not use this app, they wasted so much of my time. They took the cancellation fee, saying its refundable and wen I tried cancelling it. They did not let me do that. To anyone reading this, I genuinely ask you to avoid this stupid peoples app.

Once tickets are booked it should give u a notification and should reflect under upcoming trips in the app. Also In my orders below the train details section it should also show the scheduled arrival and departure time from the boarding station to arrival.
Excellent app for an Indian railways traveller
Very impressed with the ease of use and amount of information made available in the app.
Total SCAM …. No food delivered…. Don’t use this App
Waited at the food delivery point i.e at Pune Station for 25 minutes but didn’t find any counter or contact person. Not even a single board … no customer care. And they blame you for not picking the order from their kitchen which does not exist…..newest scam in market!!!!

This is really a good app and have very good experience regarding the transactions and also very fast updating booking information pnr status which is easily visible on screen

Excellent. After the payment is made, why do you need password and Captcha . Do it before you accept payment while booking.
Resheduling
There should be provision to re-schedule the booked journey ticket,(postpone or prepone )when seat /birth available.
