WHAT TRENARA OFFERS:

We alternate intervals with endurance runs and pace training: our solely aim is to make you a better runner. Every run in a training plan of our running app is a discovery thanks to the variety in workouts.

Very happy with Trenara: adaptive training plans that integrate with my Garmin watch. Quick response from the trainer and developer in the private Facebook group, should you have any questions. Also appreciated: a sense of humour in the app, not just dry facts.
